Through our webshop, you can pay your purchases immediately and securely online via your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank card (Bancontact). The entrepreneur works together with Mollie for the online payments. They are market leader in online payments. This way, we can guarantee that all payments are extremely secure. They use the best and safest technology currently available. All the data we process is guaranteed to be stored on Dutch servers. Our servers are located in extremely secure data centres, under the supervision of our specialised NOC team.

Prices

PigeonFeed is committed to transparency. The prices shown in the webshop are inclusive of VAT for the article in question. This implies that only a possible shipping cost on top of the price has to be paid. More information about these shipping costs can be found under the heading "shipping methods".

Changing or cancelling an order

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail: [email protected] or by telephone on +32 496 90 12 10 . Always keep your order number at hand. This can be found on the order confirmation.

Order registered?

After the confirmation of your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This order confirmation contains an overview of the products ordered and their quantity, the price, the order number, the payment method and the delivery address.

Product not in stock?

If our stock is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you by e-mail. As soon as this product is available again, it will be shipped to you. In case of doubt, the entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse an order of any kind. The price you pay will be the price you see at the time of ordering. Previously seen prices are no longer valid and enforceable. The Buyer declares to have correctly filled in all the information required to place the order and that the method of payment belongs to him. If the payment balance is insufficient, the Company is not obliged to deliver the product.
